Mr. Giddens is a senior executive with over 36 years of experience in engineering, management, leadership, procurement, and program management with 17 years as a member of the Senior Executive Service.

Skilled in planning and execution including requirements development, acquisition planning, budgeting, and execution for large programs addressing enterprise goals and objectives. Greg was appointed as the Chief Acquisition Officer (CAO) for the VA in April 2015 and also as the Principal Executive Director for the Office of Acquisition, Logistics and Construction at VA where he oversaw almost $20B in spend.

Mr. Vanzie, now the CEO of Agile Care Enterprises, is a 28-year decorated United States Naval Officer and healthcare information technology executive. During his tenure, he served as a CIO, Senior Cyber Security Officer, and Director of Information Technology Enterprise Operations. Marion most recently served as the Deputy of the Market Technology Integration Office (MTIO) and Lead Cyber Security Officer for the MTIO.

He is known as an effective strategist, an innovative enterprise developer and a transformational leader who is responsible for leading a diverse team of cyber security subject matter experts that provide network security oversight for six geographical regions and over 400 Military Treatment Facilities (MTF) cross the Military Health System (MHS). Marion’s professional expertise has been instrumental in ensuring the MHS enterprise network security is aligned with the DoD Cyber Security operational mission, while leveraging industry best practices.
